Bob Copeland is a founding partner and Managing Director of RetailChain Advisors. He brings over 20 years of retail supply chain consulting experience and insight from strategic programs he led at companies such as Target, Macy’s, Avon, and Adidas Group.

Prior to founding RetailChain Advisors, Mr. Copeland was Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and Business Development at TradeCard (now GT Nexus), where he worked with leading customers such as Nike, Columbia, and Abercrombie & Fitch.

Prior to TradeCard, Bob was a partner at Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), where he spent 17 years. At KSA, he led numerous supply chain projects from concept to consumer at retailers and brands. He is the past chairman of the Supply Chain Leadership Committee of the American Apparel and Footwear Association and is on the Editorial Advisory Board of Apparel Magazine. Mr. Copeland holds a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
